Mexican Ashtray
I first tried the Mexican Ashtray at a small Tex-Mex restaurant in Charleston, SC called Mex 1. It was here that I fell in love with something so simple yet so flavorful. All you need is a can of Tecate, a lime, some hot pepper sauce, and a dash of black pepper to make this top-notch beer cocktail.
